Committees

The Academic Partnership Committee collaborates with our academic partners to promote and foster relationships. Committee members work to identify current barriers and opportunities between academia and clinical nursing to champion new ideas or projects.

The Communications Committee focuses on engaging both new and current members through digital communications including the GPC-ANPD website, social media accounts, and email distributions.

The Community Outreach Committee focuses on a community service or public outreach project on behalf of the chapter. Members help to select local organizations or service providers within the community and facilitate chapter contributions to their cause.

The Conference Planning Committee facilitates the planning of the annual GPC-ANPD conference.  Members work together to select the date, location, speakers, and poster presentations.

The Education Committee identifies, plans, and facilitates the chapter's educational presentations including the selection of topics and speakers and facilitating ANCC CE for attendees.
