Session Description:
Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) are crucial unlicensed personnel who often lack hands-on experience, making current didactic orientation methods inadequate. Incorporating simulation-based training to their onboarding education will provide novice PCTs with practical application of skills in realistic scenarios before clinical practice. This approach was expected to increase PCT confidence with job-related tasks. Please join us to discuss the results of the study!
