Session Description:

We invite you to join us for a fun in-person 

education and networking session at the Puttshack in Pittsburgh! 

This presentation reviews factors that contribute to burnout through the lens of the Job Demands-Resources Theory and provides strategies to manage your energy and stay sane in high-demand roles.  Learners will be guided through exercises and will discuss strategies that promote well-being.
