Session Description:
We invite you to join us for our virtual networking meeting
regarding the topic of Change Mangement!
Participants will gain an understanding of why the human side of change is important, what makes it hard, and why an intentional focus on leading change is critical for organizational success. Participants will also explore transformational leadership qualities and strategies that are critical in times of success.
