Speaker Information:

Kristin has been with the Center for Inclusion Health since 2020 and is responsible for the Community Health Worker program and the Intimate Partner Violence program. Kristin has worked in health care for the last 25 years with experience in physician office management, system implementation, business development and community engagement. Prior to joining CIH, Kristin worked for Pitt Public Health and the Clinical and Translational Science Institute at the University of Pittsburgh. Currently, she is an active member of the PA CHW Collaborative and is currently advocating for sustainable financing for CHWs throughout the state.

Session Description:

We invite you to join us for a presentation and discussion about diversity and inclusion.  This program will include an overview of the AHN Center for Inclusion Health's Mission and Values: "Transform our health care system through the development of innovative clinical care models, advocacy, training and research to better serve all people, including those experiencing social and health exclusion." The Center for Inclusion's programs and referral process will also be discussed.
