Who We Are

The Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Nursing Professional Development (GPC ANPD) is dedicated to advancing the field of nursing through education and professional development. As an affiliate of ANPD, our chapter

brings together a diverse group of professionals committed to fostering excellence in nursing education and promoting the continuous growth and development of nursing practitioners.

We are a dynamic community of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) practitioners, clinical and academic nurse educators, and nursing leaders within the Greater Pittsburgh Area. Throughout the year, we convene regularly to provide our members with high-quality educational programs, innovative resources, and valuable networking opportunities. Our goal is to empower our members to enhance their skills, knowledge, and leadership capabilities, thereby contributing to the overall advancement of the nursing profession.

Through our collaborative efforts, we strive to create a supportive environment where nursing professionals can share best practices, explore new trends in nursing education, and develop the competencies needed to meet the evolving demands of healthcare. Our commitment to professional growth and lifelong learning ensures that our members are well-equipped to lead and inspire the next generation of nurses.
